Practice Management

Marcia Martin

I joined the practice in 1999, as a Practice Nurse. In 2005 I moved into the role of Practice Manager, after completing a business degree. I  manage all of the business aspects of the practice, this supports the GPs and medical professionals in delivering a high quality of patient care.

I am always keen to speak to patients and believe that even small improvements we make can have a big impact and improve your service.

Reception

Our reception team is led by Dawn Turner.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

Secretaries

Hannah Hall

I joined the practice in 2016, as an apprentice medical receptionist. In 2017 I then became a medical receptionist after completing my apprenticeship in Level 2 Business Admin. I then moved into the role of Medical Secretary later in 2017.

I manage all of the referrals leaving the practice as well as medical reports, invoices and claims.

I am always keen to speak to patients and believe that even small improvements we make can have a big impact and improve our service.
